Digital oscilloskop Rohde & Schwarz RTC1000 har 50, 70, 100, 200 og 300 MHz båndbredde. Sample Rate op til 2 GSa/s. Kompakt 2 kanals digitalt Oscilloskop med stort 6,5″ farve VGA display.

Indbygget komponent tester og digital voltmeter og mulighed for 8-kanal logik probe (option).

Ydermere fås til RTC1000 en optionel “Waveform & Pattern Generator” (RTC-B6), som op til 50 Mbit/s genererer sinus, firkant, puls, rampe og støj kurver til f.eks. uddannelse. Kurveformer og pattern kan importeres via CSV filer eller kopieres direkte fra oscilloscope “waveforms”.
Der medfølger kurveformer eksempler, som f.eks. I2C, SPI, UART og CAN/LIN.
